How It Works

How It Works
How long are HIEMT Treatments?
Each treatment only takes 30 minutes.
How Often Can I Get Treatments?
Treatments can be performed twice per week to allow adequate recovery time for muscle building/repairing.
How Quickly Will I See Results?
While some notice results immediately, it can take up to 3 weeks of consistent treatment for visible changes, and can continue to improve for up to 6 weeks after your last session. Some report a "tighter" feeling in the targeted area and typically notice changes in strength before visible toning and contouring.
How Long Will Results Last?
Results will depend on the individual treated and their lifestyle. When paired with a balanced diet as well as regular exercise, maintenance is generally not required. For those with lower activity levels or weaker muscles (such as the pelvic floor), maintenance is recommended every 6 months.
What Should I Do Pre/Post Treatment?
To avoid discomfort during your treatment, avoid exercising beforehand. Heavy meals and caffeine can cause discomfort during your treatment as well, and it's best to avoid carbs/sugar altogether 2 hours before and after the treatment. Drink no less than 1.5L of water daily during your treatment period. High protein intake and plenty of sleep are required for muscles to repair and grow. As a general guide, 0.7g-1g of protein per 1 lb of body weight is sufficient for muscle growth.
